Our Services

Gümlingen (Bern)

At our home we offer individual counselling for topics such as trauma, abuse, loss, conflicts, fears etc. We are asking lot's of questions and together get revelation from the Lord how to deal with the issues that come up. We expect healing, deliverance and restoration - which often happens at the cross. 

The first session helps us to get an overview of the issues. It is free. The following sessions are CHF 100.- and hour. We charge maximum for 2 hours (CHF 200.-). Often it takes longer since we want to finish the process the Lord is guiding us through.

The price is negotiable, depending on the circumstances of those coming to seek our help.

Above Lake Thun

We accompany people who are serving God at home or abroad through a few days of silence above Lake Thun: debriefing, trauma processing, alignment with God, re-equipping...

Our holiday apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood above lake Thun. It is a place of beauty inherited from Marcs’ parents. There are many pieces of art and antique furniture as well as a whirl pool on the wide terrace. However the best of our place is the view!

From the terrace you can see a range of mountains starting with the famous mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau (all more than 4000m high), in the middle the Niesen and on the very right the Stockhorn. And then there is the beautiful lake right in front of this range of mountains.

We believe God’s executives deserve the best!

Introduction to solitude

In the morning we start with a liturgy, a short input and a contemplative Bible reading. 

Individual Counselling

Individually or as a couple, together with both of us (Marc and Katrina)

• Counselling
• Clarify vocational questions (e.g. what does God have in mind for my next phase of life?)
• Listening prayer
• Working through traumas
• Unloading of burdens
• Deliverance ministry where needed
• Or however God is leading all of us

A lot of time for solitude and reflection

The focus is not primarily on holidays but on meeting with God.

Our Schedule

• Start with dinner together, getting to know each other. The rest of the meals are self-catering. We live in another place.
• In the mornings we start our time together with a liturgical part and with listening to a biblical text. Then we (Marc and Katrina) focus on the issues of our guests (listening, praying, conversing).
• In the afternoon and evenings there is a lot of time for personal quiet times, relaxation, reflection and enjoyment. Materials for being creative and a guitar are available too.

for one person

We recommend three nights and three blocks.

Three nights and three blocks of counselling CHF 900.-.

for a couple

We recommend four nights and four blocks.

Four nights and four blocks of counselling CHF 1'280.-.

Included in the prices above are

• Start with a meal together on the first evening
• Food in the fridge for the first breakfast; the rest is self-catering
• Free use of the whirlpool (the water temperature is normally set at about 37°C)
• WLAN
• Parking lot
• Cleaning
